Don’t tell my pencils but every once in a while, I like to sneak off with my laptop and indulge in a long, intense session of drawing via computer.
I have a lovely little laptop … an old 12” Mac … and a matching digital tablet. Both are white. (I call my Mac “The Silver Muse” because my creativity is always inspired when I use it.) The digital tablet is a 4×6” Graphire and it’s plenty big enough and responsive enough to draw with. I use Painter but I’m not really an expert with it. I usually use four tools in various sizes: Conte Crayon, Round Blending Stump, Air Brush, and Eraser. Those tools are most familiar seeming to me … so I just stick with them.
Those are the tools I used to create the Goose Gourd. LOL … I exaggerated a little bit, here and there.
